Do you have notebook or notepad commitment issues? We change our styles throughout the year and we don’t always finish the notebook. However, we can print a file, fill it in, put it in a film protector binder sheet and create a fun binder! 

Hearing loss journey can be overwhelming, especially mappings during audiology appointments where we get listening fatigued and forget. We obtain so much information with our sounds and environments that we can forget to tell our audiologist about our sounds in our environment. 

For example, you can write Program One - you use it for work or school environment. Program Four - you use it at home when you want some quiet time but continue to wear the device. But Program Two, you want it to be not as loud as Program One and use it for a different type of class, meeting or restaurant. So you can share your sounds with the audiologist to make a mapping for you- communication is the key. So is taking the notes!
